15 Minute Exercise Routines

Dumbbell Training: 4 different exercises, each done for one minute.

Shoulder Press, Lunges, Bench Press, Arm Curls.

Sit-ups: Do a set of 20 sit-ups during the final minute of your 15 minute workout.
